Ordering
When you have found something you would like to purchase, you can proceed by placing it into the shopping cart. If you would like to continue shopping, feel free to do so. Please note that the items in your shopping cart cannot be reserved until you purchase your item.
If you would like to check out, head over to your shopping cart by clicking the shopping cart icon in the footer right. Here you can easily adjust the amount of items you would like to purchase, where possible. Continue by clicking the ‘checkout’ button. Here you can easily enter all your credentials. There are four steps to the checkout procedure:
Step 1: Your details:
a. BILLING ADDRESS: Please enter your billing address, the address to which you would like us to address your invoice to.
b. SHIPPING ADDRESS (if applicable): Would you like to receive your purchased items at a different address than your billing address? Please indicate so here. This will then be the address we send your purchased products to. Don’t forget to select “Ship to different address” and deselect “Ship to this address”.
c. By clicking Place order, you acknowledge that you have an obligation to pay for this item and agree with the general terms & conditions
Step 2. Payment
a. Please select your preferred payment method. At this moment, we provide the possibility of paying with iDeal or MasterCard.
b. If you choose iDeal, please select your bank.
c. Once your payment has been completed, you will automatically be redirected to the safe SSL secured MOLLIE website.
PLEASE NOTE: After you have placed your order, it cannot be adjusted anymore because your order will be prepared for shipping & handling immediately
Exchange and Returns
1. Please send an email to info@seebottle.com indicating you would like to return your item, within 7 days after having received your product. In this email, please indicate your name, order number, product name, and preferably (but not required) the reason for return.
2. Next, please send back the product you would like to return. This is at your own expense. You will need to pay for the shipping costs and costs of customs and duties. Ship the parcel to the following postal address: Keurenplein 41, 1069 CD, Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
If all goes well, we should be able to process your return within 5 business days of receiving the product return. Under no circumstances will we reimburse a fee before receiving the order return. As soon as we have registered your return, we will refund you the purchase fee (within 5 business days) to your account.
For Returns & Exchanges the following requirements apply:
– You will be reimbursed the full product price, but not the shipping & handling fees.
– In order for us to be able to reimburse you the full product price, the product needs to be in the same condition as when we shipped it to you. Damaged or missing products cannot be reimbursed. Nor can the product be reimbursed if a part of the product is missing. With this in mind, please pack the parcel thoughtfully, using the package that the product came in. If the outside box is damaged, make sure to replace it with an undamaged box so that the product does not arrive damaged. This way you will receive your eligible amount back.
– It is not necessary to send us the product using the ‘express’ option of your shipping provider, unless you would like to do so yourself (you will receive your money back earlier).
Has your order arrived damaged?
Please contact info@seebottle.com immediately with pictures (at least 3) of the broken article as well as the box in which it was shipped. Depending on the damage, you will either be reimbursed the product price or receive a replacement (where possible, if in stock)
If you want to cancel your order you will be asked to return the product. You will be refunded the product price, but shipping, handling and duty fees will not be reimbursed.
Exchange
Would you like to swap your product with another one? That is possible, as long as the product you would like to exchange it for is exactly the same price. You can send back your return to the following postal address in Amsterdam.
In order for the exchange to be processed and still be eligible, we must receive your returned article within 7 days.
Please note: Be sure to mention your order number, product(s) name(s), as well as any (optional) reason(s) for return. Also make sure you add your packing note to your return parcel.
